Boca Grande is a pleasure boat ride away, along with Cayo Costa Island, where shelling and picnics can be appreciated. While in the waterways you'll be protected from the winds that can cause 3' waves in the Gulf. Yet you can enjoys miles of waterway travel and site seeing.

Now let's not forget the infamous Jimmy Buffett and  "Cheeseburger in Paradise" . It was said that He was inspired at Cabbage Key, only a short distance away by boat, to write "Cheeseburger in Paradise". The walls, at the restaurant on the Cabbage Key,  are adorned with visitors' dollar bills and the Cabbage Key restaurant serves the most wonderful cheeseburgers.

All the waterways around the small islands have great fishing all year around. The different species of fish move with the tide flow or go out to deep water. The deeper waters have great sport fishing too, like the Tarpon tournament at Boca Grande Pass. Grouper and Snapper although, to many feel it, is the best tasting fish. 

Viewing the pictures, most all the Foliage in the yard was hand planted with loving care by the owner. Like the Hawaiian Hibiscus, Ponderosa Pine, Pigmy Date Palm, Fishtail Palm, Night Jasmine and various others for which there was no name. Locally, there's grocery shopping close-by, restaurants galore, pizza shops, home Depot, bait & tackle shops, dollar stores, Goodwill and much more. Check out the Waterfront Eating as you watch the sunset and you can still see the stars.

One last secret, at certain times of year at nightly for a week,  you can smell the perfume from the Night Blooming Jasmine as it sweeps secretly through your bedroom window blossoming at the back this home.
