Terms and conditions of this Agreement
Cheri & Neil agree to provide Entertainment Services at the Location Specified.
We will supply equipment and Music as necessary from start until end of Contract Time.
Cash ONLY - For remainder of Balance Due - Payment Due AT START TIME OF SET-UP
Balance Due at Time Of Setup, unless otherwise agreed upon
Payment and Terms: Client will pay to Cheri or Neil the amount agreed upon.
Entertainment Services: Minimum 3 hours - $ (not prorated)
For Additional hours the rate will be $ /hr (not prorated)
Non Refundable Deposit to Secure DATE of $100.00 (check or cash)
Unless otherwise specified: As Entertainers, at our discretion, we will provide a mixture of Oldies, Country,
Rock n Roll, Disco, Jazz, Line Dances, Big Band, 50's,60's,70's,80's,90's & now with various other styles
of music from start until the end of Our agreed upon time. We will be dressed in casual attire unless client
specifically requires differently. A convenient location to set-up will be required and power must be within
50 feet. Outside location will be subject to weather conditions. There will be a convenient reschedule in case
of a hurricane and your deposit will be returned. If outside, we will require a shelter, tent or similar by you for
protection from the Sun. Our location can not be so that Your pool guest are in danger from electrical shock.
Drinking & smoking will not be allowed while using our equipment. You will be responsible for our safety from
Your invited and uninvited guest. Abuse to Us and our equipment will Not be tolerated and will cause forfeiture
of any fees paid & entertainment will cease. You are allowed to make announcements using our Microphones.
